1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 c chicken broth
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 c flour
1/4 c cream
In a large skillet, brown chicken and remove from pan. Add onions and garlic and saute until soft. Mix flour with cream until smooth. Add all ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
